We use Professional Courier as our shipping company within India. After you make your order, you will get a confirmation letter. After your order is shipped, our team will send you the tracking number.
Shipping rates are very high for small individual orders outside of India. However, the shipping rates decrease in inverse proportion to order size. In other words, the shipping percentage cost decreases as the weight and dimension of an order increases. We have limited our foreign orders to $150 for this reason. However, if you are willing to pay a substantial shipping cost for a small order, email us your wish list and we'll get back to you. Or, we suggest you go in with friends and make a larger order. We are always here to answer your questions.
We have done our best to display the colors of the items on our website. However, keep in mind that different monitors display colors slightly differently. Our naturally dyed block printed fabrics may have minor shade differences due to the interaction of the pigments with the weather and other factors. It is part of the organic beauty of the print.
We are happy when you are happy. If you want to exchange or return an item, please make sure it is in original condition, preferably in the original packing, sent within 7 working days of receiving the item. The customer will pay the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns from outside of India.
